Music at the Remington Farmers’ Market

Listen to live music at the Remington Farmers’ Market on Thursdays, 4:00-6:00 PM!

Four out of five people in this band had never been in a band before. Three out of five people in this band are pretty new to their instruments and are mostly self-taught. I think they’ve come a long way, and it’s not only fun to hang out with them (they’re all my friends now), but it’s also fun to learn songs with them. Come listen to The Scoundrels at 2:00 p.m. this Saturday at the Remington Fall Festival. Just Jamie being cute on the spooky little porch ✌️ Sound House is pitching in to help make the Remington Fall Fest even more festive! Sound House students will be singing the national anthem at 9:00 a.m. The studio will be open to visitors until about 11:00 a.m. At noon, Sound House owner Maddi will perform (songs by Dolly Parton, The Beatles, James Taylor, John Prine, and more). Then at 2:00 p.m., Sound House band The Scoundrels will perform (songs by Fleetwood Mac, The Hollies, The Cars, Chris Stapleton, and more). Come hang out, listen to music, and putter around. What is a band practice if not the opportunity to clown for your music buddies? We’re playing 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 10 at the Remington Fall Festival. Morgan must now start a banjo ensemble called Pink Hands and the Can of Beans. (Let me teach you beginner banjo lessons!) It’s our favorite time of the year! Our skeletons are out of the closet all year long, but we’ve pulled out the spiders and ghouls to join them.
